PROCESSING

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing time. All tees, and further items we will be carrying, are handmade with care. This allows us to guarantee you will get high quality product. Yes, the processing time is 5-10 business days, not including the weekend or holidays, but we will try out best to ship orders out as soon as possible. If you need your order sooner please contact us and let us know.

During a Pre-Order time period you will get a notification at the top of each page letting you know you are ordering within that time. Along with that notification you will see a date orders will ship by, unless otherwise indicated.

SHIPPING

We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 2-5 business days of shipment. Please note, shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time.

Once your order has been sent out, Adorn Noir accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If you have entered your address incorrectly, please review and contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your address has been entered incorrectly and the order has been shipped out, Adorn Noir is not liable for that lost package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Adorn Noir is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Typically, orders will ship out within 5-10 business days of ordering and will be shipped Standard Service unless otherwise indicated. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Adorn Noir cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, COVID-19 delays, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Unfortunately at this time due to COVID-19 we will not accept exchanges either. Once the world is safer we will consider an exchange opportunity.

We work hard to make sure every order is fulfilled correctly, but mistakes happen. If you have received the wrong item or size please contact us. Disputes must be made and postmarked within 7 business days of the customer receiving their order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet this criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
